We are about to start EDI with one of our Customers...I need some reference material to answer some basic questions. I understand that there are different numbered EDI formats for different things, but I need some other basic info. Can someone tell me what an ISA Qualifier is? Is this a number we make up? Or the GS Sender/Receiver ID? What is this?

Thank you.

IT = Information Technology

Infrastructure used to refer to roads, water pipes, power lines, etc.

IT Infrastructure can mean only the wires, but it usually means the wires, telephony cables, routers, hubs, servers and such.

In the way you're using the phrase it also usually includes the machines on the desktop as well.

Hysterically funny and dead-on "rockumentary" spoof of absurd documentaries and lame so-called rock groups with wicked satirical approach and clever camera shots as well. Directed by Reiner (his debut) with accurate depiction of super-inflated egos, pompous hangers-on and hilarious intimate moments with great dialogue thanks to the improvisations of the trio who reportedly worked from no screenplay. Best moment: Spinal Tap trying to find the stage. And I personally agree with the keyboardist's philosophy of "Have a good time, all the time".
